Everyone should have a simple chunky hat pattern in their repertoire. A pattern with basic stitches that any beginner knitter can master and any advanced knitter can make their own.
A few weeks ago, I was making a handful of chunky hats and thought to myself that I needed a simple hat pattern that I could refer to would be perfect. I wanted a pattern that I can modify over and over again and never get bored. As a result, I came up with this Simple Chunky Hat pattern.
The pattern is a starting point. I created the base and now you take it and turn it into your own wonderful masterpiece.
Pattern sizes include: Newborn, 3 months, 6-12 months, Toddler, Child, Teen and Adult.
Yarn recommended is Lion Brand Wool-Ease Thick & Quick, however any bulky (6) yarn will be suitable.
