You will need:
3 Rolo packs
Scissors
Small amount of tin foil
Red scrapbook paper
Double sided tape
Instructions:
1. Cut scrapbook paper so that you can roll it around one Rolo pack.
2. Place double sided tape on one edge of the paper. Starting at the other end roll the paper around the Rolo pack and secure with the double sided tape.
3. Repeat for all the Rolo packs.
4. Stick two Rolo packs together (seam to seam) using the double sided tape.
5. Repeat for the last Rolo pack.
6. Roll up the tin foil.
7. Insert the tin foil between all three of the Rolo packs.
8. Attach a tag that says “You’re the Bomb!”
